Commodity Chart - Live Cattle Futures: Long Term Chart

Live Cattle Analysis - June 29, 2006

Live Cattle Futures - The price of live cattle have been testing the $1.00 level in the last few years. Something always seems to happen as it approaches that level...Mad Cow. The Live Cattle move has not been as parabolic as the metals and oil, but it has creeped to a high price historically. This is not a market I would rush to sell. It looks more like a trade to sell in the high 90's, but not to get greedy.

Outlook on Live Cattle Futures: Expect Live Cattle to stay in the range of the high 70's to the low 90's as a normal range for the near future. This is not a market were panic buying has set in. It does not over extreme opportunites that we have seen in the past.
