The Orange Juice market saw its peak around 1990. No major freezes in Florida since then along with Brazil substantially
increasing their production has put this market in a long-term downtrend. Florida has moved their OJ production further south
to protect from the theat of winter freezes. Brazil has tremendously increased their share of world production, which does not
seem to cause a panic during Florida winters.
