Commodity Chart - Silver Futures: Long Term Chart

Silver Futures Analysis - June 29, 2006

Silver Futures - After hovering between $4 and $8 for more than 10 years, Silver Futures finally followed Gold high to move past 15 an ounce. The price has since dropped about $5 rather quickly to where it is currently around $11. I don't think we'll see Silver test the highs around $50 anytime soon, but Silver may have more upside left. Silver should continue to be one of the more volatile commodities. Technically, a strong case can be made for an large rounding bottom which usually leads to a long-term bull market with plenty of room to go higher from high. Don't expect it to be an uneventful ride, though.
